Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravel and a patio area, as well as off road parking for three cars. Situated close to the edge of the lake, Bryn Llan is a great family base.

Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed gravel garden and patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and lake 5 mins walk. |

Bala is a market town in Gwynedd, Wales. It is situated on the north end of Bala Lake near to Baia, Frongoch, Cwmtirmynach, Llandderfel, Llanuwchllyn, and Llangwm and is one of nearly 100 towns and villages in Gwynedd in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Swansea (population 169,880), and Cardiff (which has a population of 292,150 according to the 2001 Census).
As well as the delightful Bala Lake other attractions include the nearby Bala Lake Railway which runs along the former railways line of the Great Western Railway for 4.5 miles.
